Precision Rooms was the garden rooms business of Fourth Little Pig Ltd. We stopped taking on new orders in August 2026. Thank you to every customer who trusted us with their garden room project.
Fourth Little Pig Ltd remains a registered company, and stands behind the work we did. If something needs attention, we will handle it.
If you are an existing customer
- 10-year workmanship guarantee. It stands, and we honour it directly. Come to us first and we will sort it out.
- Insurance backing. The guarantee is also insurance backed through the Independent Warranty Association (IWA), which covers the full 10-year term if our business is not around to honour it. That is a backstop, not the route we expect anyone to need.
- Product warranties. Manufacturer warranties are separate from our guarantee: 5 years on uPVC windows and doors, limited lifetime warranty for laminate flooring and others. Your closing documents pack includes all the warranty documents that apply to your room.
How to reach us
Email claims@precisionrooms.co.uk, which we monitor. Please include your name, the address of the room and a short description of the problem. Photos help.
If you have our personal phone numbers from your build, they still reach us: call, text or WhatsApp. We are not publishing them here, but they were made available to all customers.
